A take on the most famous of blends, using Chinese gunpowder tea. The gunpowder imparts a flavor of earthiness with some vegetal notes, anchoring the brightness of the bergamot. Can be served either hot or over ice.
Ingredients: Gunpowder green tea, Bergamot and Cornflower Petals
Brewing Suggestions: We recommend using spring or filtered water. Heat to 185F/80C. Use 2.5g / 1 tsp of tea for 12 oz of water. Steep 4-6 minutes.
