This tea is a workhorse. Perfect for making tea blends with, or for drinking on its own. Famed for its robust character this tea is full bodied, with notes of malt and allspice. Can be served on its own or with milk and sugar.

Brewing Suggestions: We recommend using spring or filtered water. Heat to 195F/90C. Use 2.5g/2 tsp of tea for 12 oz of water. Steep for 4-6 minutes.
