We invite you to review our latest tea selection, which includes new pure teas, blended teas, and iced tea blends.
For pure teas, we've added two Organic 2nd Flush Darjeeling black teas (from Okayti and Phuguri Estates),Dragonwell and Jade Needle green teas, Qilan Pheonix Oolong, and a Nepal White tea.
For blended teas, we've added Ginger Peach black tea, Jack Frost Chai, Passionfruit Black, Lumberjack Black, Green Earl Grey, and Table Mountain Chai.
For iced tea blends, we've added Tropical Green tea, Raspberry Rooibos tea, and Yuzu White tea.
The following are 3 of our featured teas for October 2016!
Origin: Huangshan, Anhui Province, China
A rich Chinese green tea, perfect for the green tea fan or the uninitiated. Notes of artichoke and fall squash with a sweet butter finish
Qi Lan Phoenix Oolong
Origin: Phoenix Mountains, Guangdong Province, China
This tea is a great choice for the cost conscious buyer looking to elevate their Oolong offering. Although the leaf is a little rougher in appearance than one would find with a higher grade Phoenix Oolong, the tea really shines in its flavor. Heavy on honey, with notes of pear and violet.
Nepal White - Kuwapani Estate
Origin: Kuwapani Estate, Dhankuta, Nepal
Another great find. Nepal has begun to really stand out on its own, making teas of equal or better quality than what is found across the border in Darjeeling. Full bodied, with a smooth mouth feel, this tea combines the hay and floral notes one would expect from a Silver Needles white tea and balances it with muscatel grape, sweetness and minerality.
